MICHAEL LAUDRUP - Football Legend

The Ambassador

At the age of 18 Michael Laudrup made his first professional debut for the Danish National Team. This turned out to be a career that would make him one of the best and most admired football players in the world.

He became an intelligent, spectaular and elegant player who was always able to keep a sense of perspective and creativity. All together this has given him a long and glorious career in great clubs like KB, Broendby IF, Juventus FC, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF and Vissel Kobe in Japan. This all lead him to Ajax Amsterdam, where he finished his career in 1998.

In his career as a coach, Michael Laudrup was known for the same values that characterized him as a football player; entertaining offensive play of very high technical quality.

He is not only one of the few football wonders in the world, he is perhaps also one of the most sympathetic and most well-liked football players through time. Michael Laudrup was known as the pitch's gentleman and he has never received a red card. It is not without reason that he is called the 'Ambassador'.
